Telemental Health

Telemental health makes it possible to receive care without a commute, a waiting room, or a rearranged workday — and it brings services to people who previously may not have had access to them at all. We provide telehealth sessions through secure, HIPAA-compliant platforms, and our clinicians are trained specifically in delivering care in a virtual setting.

What to know before your first virtual session

Convenience is real, and so are a few practical considerations we want you to have up front:

• Connections drop. An unstable internet connection can interrupt a session. We'll have a backup plan in place.
• No platform is perfectly secure. We use HIPAA-compliant technology, but no digital medium is immune to compromise. We take this seriously and want you to understand it.
• Privacy is on both sides of the screen. You may not be able to guarantee that your space is private. Headphones help. So does thinking ahead about where you'll take your session.

Accessing your session

Our clinicians use HIPAA-compliant video platforms, and the specific platform varies by clinician. Your session link is provided directly by your clinician through the Client Portal.
